Some ways to live a better life
Following are some ways to live a better life:
·       Follow routine prayers
Performing Namaz five times a day provide a sense of spiritual wellbeing. Making fresh wazu for every namaz adds to cleanliness.
·       Wake up early in the morning
This is not a habit, this is a life style. Does exercise early in the morning and also waking up early means keeping your eye open to every available opportunity
·       Complete sleep at night
Sleep at night at least 6-8 hours daily
·       Eat balanced diet
Include all nutrients in your diet i.e. fats, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Avoid spicy food, fast food and over eating because it is dangerous for health
·       Do exercise
It is essential (important) to do exercise early in the morning about 40 minutes and also at evening about 40 minutes
·       Make good friends
Good friends encourage leading more healthy life styles and avoiding making greedy and selfish friends
·       Build self discipline
Don’t wait for other people to impose discipline on you. Create your own discipline. Self discipline is a facilitator for many things in your life. It’s hard to get but great to have
·       Accept your mistakes
We are humans. Human are not exact (correct) perfect. We humans make mistakes. So accept what you did wrong and try to do better next time.
·       Avoid fighting
Fighting is the big energy leak of your being. Trying to prove another person wrong is so against your humble nature. You are here to acknowledge life’s wonders, not to prove anybody’s wrong. They are not wrong, just have different opinions. And that’s part of life.
·       Find reasons to love your life
Life is never fair. But it’s pleasing. It’s unique, unrepeatable, one of a kind, beautiful, simple, challenging, sweet, hard…just take a step back and find reasons to love your life.
·       Clean up your house
Make a habit of cleaning and washing up your house with sprightly, joyful and happiness. What’s outside is a mirror of what’s inside. If your house is a mess, probably your internal life is disaster. Neat that stuff, it’s easy.
·       Manage your time
Value the time. Manage time according to your schedule assignment rather than unhealthy activities.
·       Make budge
Be energetic in your life and adjust it according to your resources.
·       Read a book per week
Reading is like good food for your brain, without it, it will go lazy, obese and unresponsive. But with the proper food it can become your best friend.
·       Smile
Smiling is a sign of honesty and power. Be calm. Everybody can cry over a disaster but only the most powerful can take bitterness with a smile. Exercise that power. And then try to go for 20 times a day
·       help others
When you help the needy persons, you will get too much mentally satisfaction. Be humble to others.
·       Be social
Mingle, interact, and go out. Get used to meet new people. Make this habit and you will soon get used to do new things too. The goal is not to be the best network in the world, but to be connected to as many energy sources as you can get.
·       Break an old bad habit
Breaking an old bad habit is difficult. But breaking an old bad habit will free an incredible amount of time into your life. Quit smoking or stop talking on the phone for hours. Whatever you break, it will change your life.
·       Live today
Not yesterday, not tomorrow. Go for what you can do today and leave yesterday behind for good. Don’t be afraid  of tomorrow. And tomorrow does not even exist yet, so why bother. All you have is today.
·       Enjoy
Enjoy and be active in life
·       Love
Love is the only glue that keeps your life running. Love to your parents, brothers, sisters, friends and country.
·       Be happy
Be happy and cheerful all the time and avoid from un-necessary stress.
·       Assertive behavior
It communicates your need, wants, feelings, beliefs and opinions to others in a direct and virtuous manner, but in a way that still shows respect for them.
