Leadership is Action not Position.

"If your action inspire others to dreams more, learn more, do more and become more then you are a leader"- John Quincy Adam.
It is said that a great leaders' courage to fulfill his vision come from passion not position. Leader's job is to inspire and motivate the nation, the leader innovates, focuses on people, inspires trust and does the right things. Leadership is process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective.
As you pay heed to the situation of Pakistan, you will see destruction, corruption, illiteracy, liberal and religious extremism, injustices, terrorism, target killings all most all the evils. Is it because we deserve this? No, we do not deserve to live in a "Pakistan" were such iniquity prevails. Pakistan has the whole kit that a country needs to be prosperous, we have the four seasons, Natural resources, youth power, intelligence but what we do not have is a Leader. A leader of action. A leader who can guide us by his actions not just position. No doubt we have leaders holding high positions and doing nothing for Pakistan. They have made a "Golden Pakistan" worthless. Isn't this the most influential  example of leadership in action and position? If leadership was about postion, pakistan would have been a super power by now as it has the potenial to be so but because of scantiness of precise leadership we are still struggling.

Leaders are those who sweat for augmentation of the nation, and are aware of the predicaments and the needs of the country. A Leader is not born but created. A leader is willing to help the people selflessly he would not wait for a position or power to be in action.
"A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent"- Douglas MacArthur.
